Your Profile & Settings is where you manage your account, credentials, branding, and subscription.


Editing Your Profile

  1. Click on your name or avatar in the top navigation
  2. From here you can update:

Adding Your OT License

You can add your professional credentials to your profile:

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Click Add License
  3. Enter your license type (OT/L or COTA/L)
  4. Upload your license documentation
  5. Your license will go through a verification process

Once verified, your credentials will be displayed on your profile.


Custom Branding (Premium and Pro)

If you're on a Premium or Pro plan, you can add your own branding to the client handouts you share. This makes your handouts look professional and personalized.

To set up branding:

  1. Go to Branding from your Dashboard (or find it in Settings)
  2. Upload your practice logo
  3. Enter your practice name and contact info (phone, email, website)
  4. Choose your brand colors (primary, secondary, and accent)
  5. Optionally add custom footer text for your shared handout pages
  6. Toggle branding on or off as needed

Use the Preview to see how your branding will look on shared handouts before you save.


Managing Your Subscription

To view or change your subscription:

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Click Subscription or Billing
  3. From here you can:

Email Preferences

Control what emails you receive from OT Connected:

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Find Email Preferences
  3. Choose which types of communications you'd like to receive
  4. Adjust the frequency of marketing emails

Deleting Your Account

If you ever need to delete your account:

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
  3. You'll have the option to export your personal data before deletion
  4. Confirm the deletion

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
